Your browser might warn about the download. That's because it comes from a family server, not a big company. It's fine to keep it.

Windows

  1. Unzip it (right-click, Extract All) and open the folder.
  2. Double-click Kingdom.exe.
  3. If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.

Mac

  1. Unzip it and drag the app into Applications (it can only update itself from there).
  2. Open it. If it says Apple could not verify it, click Done, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.
  3. If it says the app "is damaged", it isn't really. Open Terminal and run:
    xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Kingdom.app"

Playing

Pick a character name and a password. The first time you use a name, that password becomes yours, so remember it! After this, the game updates itself.
